Jesus - they are billing me for the return
This thing arrived late, it had problems passing QC, it went to the wrong address, it was poorly packed ( http://media.putfile.com/My--1400-new-PCs-packaging )it arrived defective - on closer inspection it must have been sent with the problem as there is no way anyone can install that ATX12V mobo connector and not realise it was a problem. It was ordered on 19th November.
However, I have to pay to refund something that was clearly defective on despatch. Still, a lot of people warned me about CyberPower.
Sorry to hear about the problems you have had with your new PC. It's hard to comment on what may have gone wrong until I get the PC back. Sometimes the cables have to be stretched so much that they can pop out in delivery, however the ASUS Striker is brand new so it may just be a problem that we have not seen yet.
We are conducting an experiment with internal packaging at the moment which may have prevented this problem happening but it is obviously too late in your case.
You are of course entitled to a full refund, you simply need to either deliver the PC back to us, or we can arrange a collection for £20 +VAT which can just be deducted from the final refund amount. We can of course look at fixing this problem, where would would collect FOC and return it back next week.
