Well, the USB drive was what I should have got anyway - a game? Well, I'm not sure there is a current one I don't have.
I'm going to request return and refund on this. I don't want the hassle of a replacement.
I'd take the fixing route... if you get a refund, you'll just have the whole battle ahead with another vendor. Get the most expensive game they have and sell it if you don't need it. Their QA might be sucky, but at least you have now someone who's willing to fix things for you.
