Thank you for your picture. To be honest I will need to get it back here so I can have a look myself and maybe change the PSU so that the cable wont interfere with the heat sink. If you could fill this form in for me I will get it collected tomorrow from the address given on the form. I will also throw in a 1GB USB pen drive and a game for the hassle you have had.

Well, the USB drive was what I should have got anyway - a game? Well, I'm not sure there is a current one I don't have.
I'm going to request return and refund on this. I don't want the hassle of a replacement.
