lol that's pretty crap. But I've seen PCs with NO packing and like a footprint on the side and cases pushed out of joint and naturally the PC doesn't work. Had one (actually lots) arrive with the heatsink off (we didn't know and it was AMD) so when we switched it on, we smelled something and it was fried in 0.5 secs. I now do the "rattle test" before switching on.
