My new DX10 system has ARRIVED!!!

Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/My new DX10 system has ARRIVED!!!

I haven't been able to get it to boot again - I'm going to email them and say I want to return it and get a refund unless this can be resolved without a return to base. Basically, I want to know exactly what this 'CPU INIT' message means and if it is something that is easily fixed.

I might go as far as to tell my bank to chargeback the money - I've heard it is possible to do that sort of thing - basically, your bank take back the money they paid.

I'm going to ask over at Tom's Hardware Forums, just in case the tech guys know how to resolve this.

If CyberPower say it has to go back to be fixed then I will say forget it and say let's just swap your PC for my money back.
