You're not really supposed to "Switch Users". non-server Windows versions are really only designed to reliably handle one user at a time.
But since Microsoft actually added the 'switch user' functionality to XP, you'd expect them to be able to handle it properly.
It's not like they kind of added it as an experimental feature that they didn't mention to anyone or something...
