I've checked it again this morning, and it is working. The only thing I can think of is that Media Center TV App was in DirectX exclusive mode and wasn't letting any other apps have access. I'll keep trying throughout the day and if it happens again, I'll try running it in OpenGL and will let you know if it fixes the problem.
