I'm happy to go out on a limb here and say that no, those updates are not complete versions - they're updates.
If you didn't back up your install file somehow, then you need to email BRL (easiest way? Use the 'Contact' button at the top of the screen) and explain to them your tale of woe so they can sort something out for you.
