I think the shape colours tunred out really well (after my 3am tweaking in Gimp) and the grid and backgrounds all blend nicely.
I did all new soundfx (moreorless) for this version, some similar to older games but basically new.
Yeah so I should have said, it features:
- 55 levels (in full version)
- 10 lush game backgrounds
- 5 wonderful in-game music tracks
- a gallery of unlockable pictures
- a Bonus Power gauge for double power bonuses!
- 7 bonus items + a random bonus item
- wicked particle effects
- pro menus and a cool parallax map screen pan and zoom :-)
- you can use the backgrounds as desktop wallpaper
Wish me luck, I've staked a lot on this being a success, and I felt compelled to do it. Oz just took a bit too long and so I had to majorly bust a gut to get this ready on time. Not an experience I (or my family) wants to repeat, but the end result is worth it...
