Ah, that's what I was wondering.
I can only think of 3 ways off the top of my head (aside from the "get the other guy to do it" solution), so you're way ahead of me!
Actually I lied :) or to be more specific there is one more technique I am using for GUI apps, have a look here

It embeds the app perfectly but there is a problem with Painting the window correctly and you need to refresh it by hitting another tab and get back again to it or minimizing and restoring the browser window again to be shown correctly!
The technique I use work with 99.99% of all small GUI apps I tested except the above one....so I working on perfecting it ;)
