I couldn't figure out how to change the file alignment in project settings or Assembly info of VS Express...
It's on the build tab of the project settings. Click 'advanced' and it's the second option in the output section.
Since you're using VS express, you might have to click 'tools|options', check the 'show all settings' box, and then check 'show advanced build configurations' in the 'projects and solutions|general' section. (Microsoft hides some of the build options by default in VS express. Can't remember if file alignment was one of them though...)
As for EULA, iirc you can't sell anything you make with the express editions. There's nothing stopping you switching over to SharpDevelop to do your final compile though.
Edit: Guess I wasn't paying attention when reading the eula. Orca's right - there's no restrictions on anything you make with it.
