IQ tests actually do prove that black men are less intelligent than white men
This is a cultural thing, if you have an IQ test written (For example), by a white Harvard graduate, then surprisingly the people that will on average do better in it are White Harvard graduates. If the test is written by a graduate of the University of Delhi, then graduates of the University of Delhi will again on average do better than anyone else.
This is not to decry the benefits of IQ tests, but to make such a statement as "prove that black men are less intelligent than white men", and then conveniently sidestep the problem of sourcing it by declaring them "Available", is inexcusable.
I have no doubt that there are plenty of sources for this statement, just as there were many showing that smoking wasn’t bad for you, but its pointless, IQ tests are in the whole only valid within a cultural group. This of course would not stop someone who wants to believe the result from using it as proof
