I know they dump shit on us, but... why should they get sued for not releasing documentation and whatnot for technology they develop? Does the U.S.A say to Russia "Hey, we made nukes, you want some?" -- or does Russia sue the U.S for having them?
If third party companies are loosing sales because Microsoft are developing better technology then thats their problem. Its not that hard to create something more new and innovative than Microsoft is it, they should care less about profits and more about the consumer. The whole Antitrust thing is absurd and illogical. Much like Draconus.
