Nobody trick or treats in the city I live in. Last halloween I saw one group of three kids wander by in costume, and they didn't stop anywhere. That was it. So I guess from now on I have to go out if I want to celebrate. :-)
Oh btw, I was out looking for a rubber brain prop today. You wouldn't believe it, but I actually couldn't find a rubber brain prop on halloween in any halloween stores. What is the world coming to? Rubber rats? Check. Rubber hands? Check. Rubber feet? Check. Rubber organs? NO! No brains, no hearts, no livers! How would one expect to play that guy from silence of the lambs without a good liver prop? The halloween store at the mall had the worst selection this year. Lots of premade costumes, but no make up, and few props. Had to go to a party store to get a decent amount of face paint, and even then guess what? No gray face paint. I guess I have to mix black and white if I want gray. Sigh!
