some kind of really huge scale fun game where you have to evade them over a couple hundred kilometres - just kill the racing component all-together :)
Grand Theft Auto does that to a nice extent, if you ignore the fact the pathfinding AI can be a bit stupid, and the fact with a 4+ star bounty, things can get a bit crazy with cops coming left/right, spike strips wherever you can see, choppers overhead, and possibly the FBI & Army after you...
