I'm guessing IE7 still tracks and records all your surfing activities like the previous versions(?)
Jim Brown, is that true? I'm freaked out now.

There are a few hiden folders which Windows Explorer is designed not to view such as Content.IE5, History.IE5
Try this (WinXP/Win98):
1) Download Turbo Navigator
2) Browse into these folders and look for INDEX.DAT ..
a) c:\windows\temporary internet files
b) c:\windows\application data\temporary internet files
c) c:\windows\local settings\temporary internet files\
d) c:\windows\application data\microsoft\internet explorer\user data
e) c:\Documents and Settings\OWNERS NAME\Local Settings\temporary internet files\
3) Open up the INDEX.DAT file with UltraEdit or a similar program
There you will see various links to sites you have visited etc ..
Note that you cannot delete the Index.Dat file since the O/S has conveniently locked it.
Try Index.dat in the History/History.IE5 folder too.
Makes you wonder why Microsoft chose to hide this information in SO MANY locations hey(?!)
