I like glue it, don't get me wrong but. Has anyone made a program where I can say I want 6 slots at 32 pixels by 32 pixels to put images in. And there is a grid size specified on these images. And I can play my animation strip on the fly. I know paint shop can do most of this, but its just not the same.
