I'd recommend a 19" SynchMaster 913n. It was a steal 6 months ago @ less than £150, so probably less now. Worked a treat straight out the box with auto setup. No dead pixels, great for games ( 8ms response ) etc.. It doesn't have DVI but it's not something I need ATM.
