The book can be purchased from www.sloankelly.net and is now available for US/Canada, UK, Europe and the Rest of the World. Hopefully it won't be long before those who pre-ordered in the UK/Europe get your books - the forecast for delivery is this week. Again, apologies for the delay in delivery.
