The lower end MacBook comes with 60GB HDD, so you should be fine. When you have Bootcamp and load windows, it boots in Windows until you switch back to Mac OS X. Additionally, there's software out there that allows you to run Windows programs under Mac OS X without the need to own a copy of Windows.
