You need to use a FTP program. Login to your site and look for the mysql (or whatever the geeks on your network named the folder) and D/L it. I really doubt you could do it through a control panel / front end. Those are designed foor the MAC users in the Universe... keeps them from burning themselves whilst playing with matches...
