The tut himself is pretty god. Only the filesize is a little bit to high for this resolution and quality. I think this comes from the soundquality. You use CD quality (44KHz, stereo) and this is a lot of data. Use 22KHz or maybe 11KHz, Mono, thats enough for a tutorial and decreases the filesize massive.
