So far, Alethiometer (BlitzMax). It was a fun weekend hack, but it's had more downloads and a more-positive reception by far than any of my more-planned projects. I had a good time making it and was pleased to share it with other fans of the books that inspired it. Sometimes a strike of inspiration for a quick freeware project is better than careful effort (though I'm hoping that careful effort for paying games will win through in the end <g>).
