Yeesh, if Circuit City hasn't stooped to a new low

If you can go and buy this disc for $20, and they are willing to find it and intall it for $30, whats the problem?

If I buy I new CPU, I can take my box to a computer shop and they will fit the CPU for £10. Whats the difference?
