You're better off with 2 or 1 GB in dual channel. 4GB kits are a bit slower, especially if u want to overclock because they don't allow real tight timings compared to 2GB kits. Here's my system which is overclocked from 3.2 to 3.7. If you want your system to last when overclocked, then prepare to shell out some cash.
