I enjoyed the Resident Evil Remake on Gamecube, that was cool. That sort of remake (with enhanced graphics and allowing you to play it on a modern machine) is good. I personally wouldn't preogram a remake, I rather program a game with retro graphics and a retro feel, or with modern graphics but with a retro concept like a platform game or shooter.
