Yes but, the type cannot be 3 "Is A" things. If any function or list is expecting a point, than passing it a triangle (in this case) would, and should fail. Because a triangle isnt a point
What the triangle is, "IS A" list of three points, so I could inherit from a type of "grouped" points, called shape for example. Then any function that requires a shape, could be passed a triangle directly, because a triangle, if inheretid from shape, "IS A" shape
Its not important if they exist or not. It more of a "If I asked bob to pass me a XXXX, and he passed me YYYY, are they the same. If I (As a function) wanted some nuts, but was passed a nut revel. Is that a sweet that contains a nut. Or is it a nut with some chocolate?
If I inheret Nut Revel from the base Nut, then I can passit directly to functions wanting nuts. Equaly if I wanted to inheret form type sweet, then I could pass the field of the nut to the nut functions, but not the whole revel
(Flame I posted this on request to explain what I ment when I said "IS A" as apposed to "Contains A")
Its my fun thing otm ;)
