Lots of buggy loose ends fixed today:
1) found out about multi-sized icons (not implement yet)
2) found out more about centering window in BMax and resulting flicker
3) found out about ugle png anti-aliasing with filtered image and about defringe.exe by Ian (it's good)
4) found out about not loading backgrond images with flags -1 in BMax, need flags 0 to avoid MASKEDIMAGE being used.
