An opinion is a "personal" thing and doesn't require to be based on facts or correct assumptions. That's why everybody can have a different opinion.
Usualy saying an opinion is wrong, means you don't agree with the ethical implications.
Sarcasm is an ugly tool to undermine someones credibility; better use mild irony. It's far more sophisticated. <---mild irony. ;)
