all you get is the standard (presumably emulated in CPU?) graphics chipset, which was some really old gfx card (S3 Virge?), and presumably will run like a dog...
Pretty much, Daikatana ran at a good 5fps. ;P
(was the closest game I could grab.........shutup)
According to the wiki Boomboom linked us too...
Virtual PC emulates a Pentium II with MMX processor (virtualizes the host processor on Windows versions) with an Intel 440BX chipset, a standard SVGA Vesa graphics card (S3 Trio 64 PCI with 4 MByte Video RAM, adjustable in later versions), a system BIOS from American Megatrends (AMI), a Creative Labs Soundblaster 16 PnP, and a DEC 21041 (DEC 21140 in newer versions) Ethernet network card.
Now I dont know if that applies to all versions of the VPC, or which OS you have emulated.....but it dont matter to me as 200mhz is more then enough for any DOS game out there.
