out of the box: 486 dx2/66, 4MB, 420MB
Later on I added another 4MB, a 2-sp.CD, a GUS, a networkcard.
What I did with it:
- QBasic
- watching demoscene things
- Warcraft 2, endlessly and endlessly playing Warcraft 2, using Win95 as network driver :P
- Screamtracker, Impulse tracker. Did my first movie-score with IT.
Later computers were:
AMD 166, overclocked to 180, 32MB, monster3d
later replaced the AMD with a p233 cpu
Celeron 466, 256MB
Athlon 800, 256MB
Athlon 2Ghz, 256MB, geforce4mx < current system
Notebook sempron3000+, 512MB
and on the virge of getting a new system..: intel dualcore, 4GB RAM, 2x 250GB, RAID for doublespeed. But I'm not sure yet about all this yet..
