>Anyone who is a lawyer.

You must be joking! Only fools take legal advice from a forum on the WWW.

>Could we sue The Game Creators under European antitrust
>laws for withholding Blitztree and Blitzgrass?

There is no such thing as 'European antitrust laws'.

>And The Laws are a mess.

No, they're just different in every country.

>Antitrust Lawyer can even tell us what is relevent.

And that's the problem. In most european countries, the state is responsible for market regulation, including deciding what is unfair competition. This means that you generally don't sue, but rather you make your case in writing to the relevant department of the state, and they will then render a decision. If the company then doesn't follow this decision, then the relevant department of the state will then sue.

In either case, DB buying up products with Blitz in their name and removing them from the market, will likely be rejected because it's considered not worth spending time on.
