It does seem like it should be somehow illegal, to swallow up a product which people are using apparently for the simple purpose of removing competition.
What do you mean competition? How can buying up a product and not selling it give you an unfair competitive advantage? Besides, it's not like TGC have a monopoly on Grass and Tree programs, so even if it did somehow give them a competitive advantage, anti-trust laws can not possibly apply. AntiTrust
