When someone clicks options I want to show them a png file that says options not available in Demo

How do I make it work that way 

ImagesCollide(mouse,MouseX(),MouseY(),0,options,400,260,0)
	    FlushMouse   
		Cls    
		Delay(500)
		If MouseHit(1)
		Locate 0,0 
		EndIf
