Not exactly the same, but SmoothTeddy is cute and free: http://www-ui.is.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~takeo/java/smoothteddy/index.html

ZBrush is great and well worth the price, but it really requires some additional software (for low poly modelling) to be useful for game graphics.
