Re the 15GB HD space:
Since newer systems no longer ship with restoration discs it looks like you'll be spending the best part of a day burning Vista onto a pack of DVD's.
I also wonder how much of this 15GB will be shovelware?
Time-limited / restricted applications (Norton pap, Office 2005, AOL, Napster) and other 'in-your-face' desktop shortcuts to more unwanted programs.
If they can get QNX running on a 1.44MB floppy (complete with a web browser, notepad, game demo!) I can't understand why Vista has to be such a monster.

Starter 2007 will allow only three applications (and/or three windows) to run simultaneously
Why? How stupid is that?
