Nothing happens huh? What about Marble Blast Ultra on Xbox 360? That's the best selling Xbox Live Arcade game and everything that went into that is avaiable to developers if they can get to that level. If you can't make a good game with TGE then having top access to TSE isn't going to do you any good.

Additionally, they aren't hard to use but they do require that you learn how to use them whereas something like Blitz ... you just make your own way of doing things, the methodology isn't as strongly enforced. If you open your mind up just a little you might see that the programmers behind Torque have already invented many wheels for very good purposes. Often times the engine is so deep that you don't realize why something is the way it is until way down the line but keep on learning and you'll see they've already got a path sorted out that tackles most of the issues people struggle with around here.

It's really on a whole other level. DarkBASIC and Blitz are similar tools where Blitz is just the superior one. Torque isn't the same thing in my opinion. There's really no use comparing them. Unless you need what Torque has to offer you cannot appreciate it and it will seem unnessasarily complex. Most likely that's because you've never tackled and completed a complex project even in Blitz. Torque isn't very useful for minor tinkering but if you want to make a bulletproof game then there's really no comparison.
