If the year starts on day one of week one, it ends on day one (or two for leap years) of week FiftyThree. ALL years therefore (Taking you deinition of week) have 53 weeks

If a date was 12,324,345 Days ago (12,324,245 Mod 7) = 5. Monday- 5 = Wednesday.
If the date is 800 days from now (800 mod 7) = 2
Monday +2 = Wednesday
AGAIN no one is going to go back to 1726 to see if you included the cahnge in calender, so just ignore in.
