Making millions of dollars is clearly not possible. But look at what's being produced by the big companies - update after update of the same game and the only major change is better graphics.
No, not all games have to be developed by huge teams - small fun games can be enjoyable too. For people with limited free time (like myself) or casual gamers these type of games have great appeal.
