I want to at least be able to contact Eddie. Yes it only cost $15 but it is broken for me and a few others. Yeah yours works great - how does that help me!?!?
It would be nice if he would at least reply to my emails. OK maybe it's asking too much for the source (for the community) but I'm sure a small fix to keep his existing customers happy would pay dividends in the future as many people could easily be put off buying another Eddie app knowing that support will dry up...
On a final note - if you are not interested in this thread - don't reply unless you have something constructive to add, even better don't even read it...
