Website Under Major Constuction

Get rid of this javascript in your code, it's just annoying to the end user having their browser window resized without permission.

<script language="JavaScript1.2">

top.window.moveTo(0,0);
if (document.all) {
top.window.resizeTo(screen.availWidth,screen.availHeight);
}
else if (document.layers||document.getElementById) {
if (top.window.outerHeight<screen.availHeight||top.window.outerWidth<screen.availWidth){
top.window.outerHeight = screen.availHeight;
top.window.outerWidth = screen.availWidth;
}
}
//-->
</script>

As the others said, the ads are too intrusive, and (not required, but I'm a web standard-junkie), your site doesn't validate to any set standards.
