We are paying about $4500 a month for broadband internet for a office of about 8 people in New Zealand. We aren't even a technology based company, but they use the internet to check email and send us documents and accounting information.
Is its just documents and emails then you should just get a basic broadband connection such as the Xtra Go pack. Then share it between all the computers, It only costs like $39.95.
