I have no experience of using truevision 6.2
(1) (VS C++/C# express) + (truevision6.2 dll) vs.
(2) (BMax) + (truevision 6.2 wrapper)
Which one is faster in speed and development time?

The wrapper can only work with Truevision 6.5, as 6.2 will never work with GCC, and is not generally accessible except through COM.
Which one is faster in development time will depend which one you're most comfortable with. I'm more used to BMax, so that's the one I can work quickest in.
The execution speed should be about the same, I would imagine. C# is pretty fast, but I expect BMax is about as fast. The wrapper carries a tiny overhead, of course, but C# requires you to do some things in a slightly more roundabout manner with TV3D, so it should work out about the same.
