In our country (Australia) I think they are moving to have all digital signals by 2008 as well (or is it 2010?). Thankfully there is nothing to watch on the television. The occasional console game gets played, perhaps a handful of DVDs watched each year. The only time even the radio gets put on is to listen to a football match (AFL/VFL - Go Hawks!) if my team is playing interstate.
