Oblivion, from a design point of view, is a Lord of the Rings (the movie trilogy) rip-off.
Also agreed. The oblivion gate's are a straight rip of the eye from LOTR.
Also, the music is very LOTR like. Tracy thought it *was* LOTR when she saw me on the map screen.
