all you have to do to avoid prosecution is to show a previous use of the same components... similar to the way Apple anoided MS years back with their attempt to copyright the Windows look and feel...
and the originating company would loose if they tried to sue you due to the fact that they knew of and allowed without interference or license, another use of the same look and feel...
