I still say that max's memory mangement is insane.

So does this app really eat memory then?

I think this is a bit of a problem, the whole point of having automagic memory management is that a novice programer need not concern themself with freeing objects or even really think about memory.

I think it would be fairly eaisy for a new programmer to create a circular refrence like this and have thier app eat memory and have no idea why.
