Well, VS 2005 has it that you can transfer a program from the .NET structure into a Pocket PC, not too sure about Palm, tho. As far as game design for a Pocket PC, I did pick up this book: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0761530576/sr=8-1/qid=1144600940/ref=pd_bbs_1/102-0402421-8363355?%5Fencoding=UTF8
I haven't tried anything from this book yet, but it is just interesting to design a game, and transfer it to Pocket PC, using API, of course... I don't think Blitz has any Pocket PC support, but since Visual Studio 2005 is free for the Express versions, why not try? Then again, it's only the paid versions that have the Pocket PC tools, unfortunately. I have yet to study up on how that's all done, should be an interesting read...
