php to jump to a label on a page?

You know in HTML you can specify a part of page to jump to using # in the url and by having an anchor on the page (useful for long pages). Is there a way to do such a thing for a php page. For example, www.greyaliengames.com has along games page and I want to be able to link to that page but have it scroll down to the correct game automatically depending on what the user originally clicked, get it?
