With the updated test program, I get the following:

Min: 267
Avg: 422
Max 661

Optimized Transform: 448
Standard Transform: 528

Also, while the original test program had a graphical glitch/hiccup every second, the updated version still has it, but now it's once every 10 seconds instead.
